With the completion of a recent project it's great to find an outstanding review, providing valuable insight into our clients' experience with us. This time the focus is on a project centred around the design, manufacture and installation of a bespoke window and sliding door for an upstairs bathroom.
Our client spent a good deal of time searching for the perfect solution for a door and window combination for their home in Middlesborough and after exhausting their options they found Fused Glass Design. We were able to offer a high quality, bespoke product while keeping their design choices and privacy at the forefront of the process.

"We wanted a bespoke sliding glass door and window for our ensuite bathroom, with a Japanese Sakura Cherry Blossom design. After a lot of searching online we couldn't find a company who could produce what we were looking for until we found Fused Glass Design (fusedglass.co.uk). The photos on their website, showed fused glass was the most aesthetically pleasing and best quality material for our project.
Dylan responded to our enquiry very quickly and was very helpful with suggestions, helping us throughout the design stage of the project but always letting our ideas/wishes take precedence. We used the company's templating service to check the dimensions of the glass being ordered. Craig visited us for this purpose and was very polite and friendly.
Once the final design was agreed with Dylan, a 40cm x 30cm glass sample of our design was sent to us for approval. This sample is included in the price of the job and gives peace of mind that the final product will be what is expected.
Dylan and Craig installed the sliding door and window for us and made a first class job of it. The glass and the soft close sliding door track are of excellent quality. The glass has just the right balance of transparency/opacity for privacy in the bathroom whilst allowing plenty of natural light through from the bedroom windows. The texture/finish of the glass is very pleasing and the Sakura artwork very authentic. We love our new door and window.
Fused Glass Design is a great company to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process; Dylan and Craig are very friendly, easy going and trustworthy. The final product is of excellent quality and good value for money.
